These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 96vip platform and form a binding agreement between you and 96vip.
Agreement to These Terms

Who May Use 96vip
Age Requirement
The 96vip platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 96vip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Accounts opened by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
Jurisdictional Eligibility
96vip is operated for use by players resident in Bangladesh. If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own legal risk, and 96vip accepts no liability in that regard. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 96vip makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh.
Account Registration and Security
Creating a 96vip account is subject to the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active account with 96vip. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using a family member's details, or by any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 96vip reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, combine or transfer balances at its sole discretion, and void any bets or bonuses claimed across those accounts.
Account Verification (KYC)
96vip may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 96vip may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 96vip login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 96vip support immediately through the platform.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All monetary transactions at 96vip are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform.
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit at 96vip is ৳100. Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 96vip, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 96vip reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party payment sources and to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 96vip targets processing of mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 5–15 minutes of approval, and bank transfer withdrawals within one business day, though these timeframes are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays during peak periods or pending KYC verification.
Transaction Fees
96vip does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Transaction fees charged by your payment provider (for example, bKash agent or Nagad transfer fees) remain the responsibility of the account holder and are applied by the payment provider independently of 96vip. These fees are not under the control of 96vip and are not refundable by 96vip.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
96vip offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual offers.
Wagering Requirements
Most 96vip bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Where a wagering requirement applies, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using qualifying games before a withdrawal request will be processed. Games may be weighted differently towards the wagering requirement — for example, slots may contribute 100% while certain live casino games contribute a lower percentage.
Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions
Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player unless otherwise specified. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. 96vip reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or amend any bonus at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe the bonus is being misused or claimed in breach of these Terms. Players who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have their bonuses voided and their accounts closed.
Expiry of Bonuses
Bonuses and free spins awarded to a 96vip account expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms — typically 7 or 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus funds and free spin awards are automatically removed from accounts and cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus before attempting to use it.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all forms of gameplay and wagering on the 96vip platform, including casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, crash games, and fish games.
Random Number Generation and Fairness
All casino games offered on the 96vip platform that involve an element of chance use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This ensures that all outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently tested and certified. Sports betting odds and crash game multipliers are determined by algorithms and market conditions independent of any individual player's activity.
Bet Acceptance and Void Bets
96vip reserves the right to refuse or void any bet placed in error, placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical fault, or placed in circumstances that constitute a breach of these Terms. In the event of a sports event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider or sportsbook operator. 96vip's decision on bet settlement in exceptional circumstances is final.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure during a game session, 96vip will attempt to restore the game to its last confirmed state where possible. If a game state cannot be confirmed, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's casino wallet. 96vip shall not be liable for losses arising from interrupted sessions caused by connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network interruptions.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
96vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available inside your account settings after login and take effect immediately upon activation.
Player Protection Tools
96vip provides the following responsible gaming tools: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion. All limit and exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating a new account.
Underage Gambling Prevention
It is the account holder's responsibility to ensure that persons under the age of 21 do not access the 96vip platform using their account credentials. If you share a device with family members or others, we strongly recommend logging out of your 96vip account after each session and enabling device-level parental controls where available. 96vip will permanently close any account found to be used by a person under the age of 21.
Actions That Are Strictly Prohibited
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96vip platform. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Fraud and Collusion
You must not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage; engaging in arbitrage or matched betting using 96vip bonuses in a manner designed to generate guaranteed profit without genuine risk; or using automated bots or scripted tools to interact with the platform.
Money Laundering
You must not use the 96vip platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. 96vip is committed to compliance with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Where 96vip has reason to suspect that an account is being used for illegal financial purposes, it will suspend the account, withhold all funds, and report the matter to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
Abusive Behaviour
You must not use threatening, abusive, or harassing language toward 96vip support staff or other users of the platform through any communication channel. 96vip reserves the right to close any account engaged in abusive conduct without warning and without refund of any balance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96vip limits its liability to users of the platform as set out below.
Platform Availability
96vip aims to provide a stable and continuously available platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider downtime, and internet connectivity issues beyond our control may occasionally result in service interru ptions. 96vip shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, provided that such unavailability is not caused by 96vip's own gross negligence.
Gambling Losses
96vip provides a platform for gambling entertainment. All gambling involves risk and the possibility of financial loss. 96vip shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by players on the platform. By using 96vip, you acknowledge that you gamble voluntarily, that you understand the risk of financial loss, and that you accept full personal responsibility for all gambling decisions made using your account.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend These Terms
96vip reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 96vip will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of these Terms on the 96vip.bio website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any revision is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a revision, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 96vip support.
